Home Staging
-
Home staging is the process of preparing a property for sale with a focus on presentation. By adding decor, rearranging furniture, decluttering, and dressing up the space- buyers are able to create an emotional connection with your property. By highlighting positive features, stagers make the home feel current, big, bright, and spacious.

Staging sells. Properties that are staged spend 73% less time on the market. Home staging can earn you up to 10% more money. Out of the 95% of buyers that search for homes online, 40% of them schedule to see staged homes.
One of the best parts about home staging is that it is considered a tax write off!

Stage your home before listing it on the market.
Your property is never more valuable than the first day it is on the market. Once your home has been staged and professionally photographed, you will make a great impression. According to the National Association of Realtors, more than 90% of potential home buyers now start their search for a new home on the internet (NAR). 40% of them schedule to see staged homes.
The first open house usually generates the most interest and has the most showings. Remember, you only get one chance to make a first impression.

The best results from staging however are obtained when the home is staged before listings or showings, but until the property sells, it’s not too late for staging!

Every home is unique and as such, requires a unique and specific Home Staging plan. While there are YouTube videos that address Home Staging in broad terms and approaches, they are not specific to your individual property. It can also be very difficult to be objective about your own home and see it with the same critical eye of a potential buyer.
We assess each home individually, and while the consultation process is the same for each property, the written report and all recommendations are specific to each home, including any identified improvements and updates. We help to clearly define an approach for each area of the home to eliminate those distractions that will keep buyers from seeing and remembering the best features of your property.

No, if furniture or decor is added to your home, a monthly fee is charged every month the furniture is in your property.

Home staging is the art of presenting properties for sale. Staged interiors are temporary installations designed to appeal to a range of potential buyers. The goal is to charm those buyers and allow them to see themselves living there. This will trigger their desire for your property– motivating quick, high bids.
Interior design is personal and permanent. An interior designer needs to understand your specific lifestyle, preferences and functional needs. Interior design is custom, specific to you, creating a unique and individual space that truly feels like home.
